This study was conducted to identify the various maternal and neonatal factors that influence birth outcomes. Maternal are key determinants of outcomes health a newborn baby is very crucial in first six months baby’s life. Neonatal mortality low weight worrying problems for stakeholders sector. Logistic regression multilevel were used Secondary data therefore collected from War Memorial Hospital, Navrongo purpose study. The results show weight, gestation weeks hemoglobin observed as significant risk whilst age, hemoglobin, mode delivery identified weight. age Kassena-Nankana Municipality.
